These terms cover the use of promptea.ai. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.

Accounts
Reading requires no account. Publishing does, and publisher accounts are approved manually. We may refuse or withdraw an account without giving a commercial reason, but we will always give a reason. One person, one account. Do not share credentials.
What you publish
You keep your copyright. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free right to host, display, index and cache your entry for as long as it is published here, plus a reasonable period afterwards for backups. You confirm that you have the right to grant this. If you delete an entry, we remove it from the site; copies already downloaded by readers are outside our reach and outside your control.
What you take
Every entry carries its own licence, set by the publisher. That licence governs what you may do with it. Promptea itself grants you nothing beyond the right to read the site. Anything executable is run at your own risk and we make no warranty that it is safe, correct or fit for anything at all.
Price
Everything on Promptea is currently free and no payment details are collected. If paid entries are introduced later, the terms covering them will be published before the first sale, and work already published free stays free.
Removal and complaints
Write to us with a link and a reason. Entries that infringe someone’s rights, expose credentials or misrepresent what they do are removed. Publishers are told why, and may reply. If you disagree with a removal, say so and a human will look again.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using anything published here, including anything you ran without reading it first. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; material changes are announced on the site. Polish law applies, and the courts competent for the seat of the operator have jurisdiction, without removing any protection that consumer law gives you where you live.
